Overview The Cultural Dance CCA introduces students to the vibrant and diverse world of traditional dances from Singapore’s major ethnic groups – Chinese, Malay, and Indian. Through weekly sessions, students learn basic movements, techniques, and choreography rooted in rich cultural traditions. This CCA not only builds physical coordination and rhythm but also nurtures an appreciation for Singapore's multicultural heritage. The students also have opportunities to perform during school events, community celebrations, and national festivities, showcasing what they have learnt with pride and confidence. The Cultural Dance CCA encourages teamwork, self-expression, and discipline, while also fostering respect for the customs and art forms of different cultures.
